Jessica believes life is a journey and that journey should be embraced. She knows the journey is tough and can feel exhausting, but there is a way to look at the journey with a different mindset by recognizing individual strengths and having self-compassion. Life puts us in a position where we may have to look at it in a different perspective.

Jessica is a Temporary Limited Licensed Psychologist. She earned her Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology through Western Michigan University. She completed her undergraduate studies in the Human Services Program at Baker College of Muskegon.
